cumin, turmeric and garlic with honey

cumin and turmeric are very good for the health in many ways.  Both are used for stress, memory loss, eliminating free radicals in the body and so much more. Those who have taken the jab and are not on blood thinners should be taking either one of the following herbs every day as they work with the blood to remove blood clots and keep your blood in good condition.

CUMIN – boil 1/2tsp cumin powder in a pot with a cup of water for 2 minutes then drink very warm with a spoon of honey daily 1 cup or add this water with cumin to a smoothie

TURMERIC – add 1 tspn of turmeric powder or 1cm fresh turmeric (grate) in a pot with a cup of milk and boil for a few minutes then drink very warm milk with a tspn of raw honey – only drink one cup a day best in the evening

booster buster herbs

We have put together some herbs to help those who have had the jab as many are not feeling well and in sha Allah to stop some of the bad effects they feel. Actually we were selling these before to many and had not thought about putting it online after being requested to we have now. Many have started taking them one chappy who was not well for 15 months after a week said he had the energy he needed to work and did not have the some of the bad effects for the last 15 months.  When he stopped taking the herbs and honey he went back to not feeling well – he is a joiner and back to doing his joinery work Alhumdullilah.

The spices put together are :

cumin – helps to stop blood clots and add  nitric oxide to the blood

nigella sativa – helps with so many things and also with the swelling and inflammation

fenugreek – helps to keep blood sugars down as many are getting diabetes after the jab

star anise – helps to take away the spike proteins that attack the organs

fennel – helps to take away the spike proteins that attack the organs

Two tablespoons should be put into a jar of honey 450-500g and mixed in well and the following two methods can be done though first one more have found better for them and the second method a few have found better just depends on the individual:

1. Put 1 tsp of the honey mixture into a very warm glass/cup of water and leave overnight – drink first thing in morning ensuring that you also take in all the spices in the cup/glass (warm it or have it as is) and eat and drink nothing else for 30-45min and then put 1 tsp of honey mixture in glass/cup of very warm water and leave all day and take in the evening before going to bed warm or as is – this method brings out all the elements into the water and the body seems to like it better

2.  Take 1 tsp eaten first thing in the morning and not eating or drinking anything for 30-45min and 1 tsp eaten before going to bed.

There is enough for 4 jars of honey we recommend that the herbs are put into 4 jars of honey so that the herbs infuse well with the honey – longer the better.

kale kale kale

One of the best health benefits of kale is that eating a handful raw if possible or just boiled for a minute to make soft – can help to heal dry macular degeneration and after six months will be able to see it reversed and the blindness that is caused goes. Though kale must be eaten every day for rest of your life to ensure that the eyes are kept well. Kale has the following in large amounts Lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoid antioxidants which are extremely beneficial for protecting your eyes. Much research has revealed that people who consume sufficient lutein and zeaxanthin have a much lower risk of macular degeneration and cataracts and that it can reverse them.

One of the sister’s her father had it and six months later the eye dr has told her father that not only has his eyes become better but the macular degeneration has reversed and even the dr is taking it himself as a prevention.

Multifloral honey and shingles

Four years ago my aunt had shingles on her face and in her eye.  She does not like honey and for some reason she agreed for me to put it on her face and in her eye.  I put some of the multifloral honey in a plate and coated a 6 cotton buds as she had six shingles and put one cotton bud with honey on her shingle and chucked it and used a new one for each shingle.  For her eye i put a teaspoon in boiling water direct from the kettle to sterilise it then put a little honey on the spoon and then put a drop of honey in each of her eyes three times a day.  This was done for 7 days and the shingles got better the doctor and the eye specialist were surprised at the results.
