At macnahl.co.uk we will always work with you to ensure that you receive your item in the safest, most economical and most expedient manner possible.
We use Royal Mail and other couriers depending upon weight of the honey jars ordered and lowest price and best service.

Most items are available from stock and will be dispatched within 3 working days.

£7.05 for items costing up to £52.99
£12.98 for items costing up to £126.99

Delivery – Abroad
Please contact for postage prices before ordering we will NOT ship NOR accept payment until shipping price has been paid for overseas.
There are no customs fees for sending goods within the European Union (“EU”). All goods sent internationally are marked as small packet and the goods are described accurately, with costs on the Customs Declaration Document.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these may be. Please note that customs policies and fees vary from country to country and we advise that you contact your local customs office, in your country, for further information.
Delivery times are supplied by Royal Mail and shipping time reflects the time it takes from our warehouse directly to your door. It is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. MacKlamm Ltd (macnahl.co.uk) can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have left the warehouse.
Due to the large volume of mail during the festive season in the postal system we advise that all orders are made well in advance for Christmas. Our current advise is that:
UK shipping: last date for stock items is: 14 December
Europe shipping: last date for stock items is: 11 December
US and rest of world shipping: last date for stock items is: 5 December
You may return any item in its original condition and packaging within three days of having received your order for a full cash refund. You must contact us by email or fax within those three days of receipt of your order that you will be returning the item.
All goods returned are at the sender’s expense
Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it
If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit Mark your parcel clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ and send it to:
