Honeycomb contains all the main amino acids as well as the following vitamins B, C, D and E. It also contains water, pollen, fructose, glucose, organic acids, proteins and enzymes. Honeycomb contains magnesium, iron and potassium as well as thiamin, riboflavin, ascorbic acid, panothenic acid and nicothenic acid.
