We have 16 varities why not try them all or one at a time and lower your cholesterol level too or prevent one from building up. 1 or 2 teaspoons a day on an empty stomach first thing in the morning does wonders and dont eat or drink anything for 45min minimum.

A Study in 2009, which was published in the journal of medicinal food, gave 60 volunteers for 14 days honey and after when they tested them it showed that the honey had brought down their bad cholesterol.
